Katrina kaif who will be seen in a sassier avatar in Karan Johar's Dostana 2 and even in Farhan Khan's Tees Maar Khan, had to lose a few inches.
However, she flatly turned down the proposal of hitting the gym. The actor apparently doesn't believe in using machines but likes to work out the organic way. Kat, who recently had a health scare, wanted to ensure that she was losing weight correctly, without any side effects. "Following a proper diet that's high on nutrition but doesn't add fat or unnecessary calories has made Kat get voluptuous.
She's also into functional training. Kat's on a fruit and fish diet and is taking in a lot of water and soup. She would rather do all this than hit the gym," says her close friend. Katrina said, "We actors do have to constantly push our bodies to get into the skin of the character. This time, I decided I should do it the healthy way. Along with functional training, I have also taken to pilates."
